Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. We’ll recommend the mix where your audience actually is — usually 2–3 channels done well beats 5 done half-heartedly.
Who writes the posts — and do we approve them?
Our content team writes and designs everything; you approve the calendar before anything is scheduled. After the first month, most clients approve in minutes.
Do you answer comments and messages?
Community management is included from the Growth plan up: comments, DMs, and reviews answered within one business day.
How long is the contract?
Month to month after the first three months — long enough to show results, short enough to keep us accountable.
