Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms of service (hereinafter — “Terms”) govern the relationship between bary.lt (hereinafter — “Provider”) and the client (hereinafter — “Client”) when using bary.lt services.

2. Services

The Provider offers AI consulting, implementation, training, and automation services as described on the website. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon individually for each project.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified for each service. Invoices are issued upon agreement and are payable within 14 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom solutions, code, and deliverables created for the Client become the Client’s property upon full payment. The Provider retains the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential approaches in other projects.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 2 years.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Development projects include a 30-day bug-fix guarantee after launch. The Provider guarantees that deliverables will match the agreed specifications. The Provider does not guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service. The Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the service agreement with 7 days written notice. Payments for work already completed are non-refundable. Prepayments for undelivered work will be refunded proportionally.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
